An interesting site and build, located within the heart of the city of Bath. We worked directly with the contractor on the project to develop a previous design and planning set of drawings into a fully compliant Building Regs. pack of information. Providing the architectural services, and also timber frame design and structural engineering on the project in collaboration with STUDS.
The new one-bedroom dwelling is positioned on a small triangular plot, replacing a derelict and unused structure. The replacement dwelling fits neatly within the tightly constrained site, enhancing the environment while preserving the historic character of the site and its surroundings. Currently under construction, the project is due to be completed in early 2025.
